I first started my photography career using a Kodak instamatic 126 that I received as a Christmas present back in the early 1970’s. I was hooked. Although my pictures were awful there was something magical about being able to capture images and review memories over and over. My next camera was a Canon AE1 program. Due to the cost of developing film I shot mostly black and white which taught me composition, dynamic range and shadows. My next camera was a 1.3mp digital and I loved the instantaneous results. I had gotten into law enforcement (had to pay the bills) which allowed me access to learning forensic photography. Later I would attend several years of photography classes that specialized in digital photography and Photoshop. I had developed a digital video and photography company specializing in “how to” videos for high performance diesel trucks and related performance parts. Although that was my company's main focus we produced videos interlaced with high resolution photos that covered about aspects of vehicle modification. Once I retired after 25 ½ years as a police officer I was able to travel taking photographs from the Virgin Islands to Alaska. My photos and videos have been published and purchased worldwide. I love to instruct digital photography and Photoshop while providing my clients with the highest level of photography available today. I enjoy street photography, macro, black and white, fine art, architectural and all forms of digital photography. My desire is to share with others that same magic I first felt and still do, taking and sharing pictures.
